Clover Crown

Dry gin


  • 1,5 oz of dry gin
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz of mint and raspberry syrup
  • 2 dashes of foamer
  • Garnish: 1 raspberry skewer and 1 lemon zest


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Shake well (dry shake)
  3. Add ice cubes and shake well again.
  4. Double strain into a cold coupe.
  5. Garnish with a raspberry skewer and a lemon zest.


The mint and raspberry syrup can be replaced by crushing 6 raspberries, 3 mint leaves and sugar.
