Ingredients
- 1 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
- 1 oz of Esprit-de-London
- 1 oz of simple syrup
- 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: 2-3 maraschino cherries and a lemon wheel
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Put the cherries at the bottom of the glass.
- Pour the mixture of the shaker into the glass.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
