Boreal dry gin

Ingredients

  • 1,5 oz of boreal dry gin
  • 0,25 oz of maple syrup
  • 0,25 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • Boiling water
  • Garnish: 1 star anis

Preparation

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a mug, except for the boiling water.
  2. Top up with boiling water.
  3. Stir with a bar spoon.
  4. Garnish with a star anis.
