Aperitivo Dry gin


  • 1,25 oz of dry gin
  • 0,75 oz of aperitivo
  • 0,5 oz of white vermouth
  • 0,25 oz of rooibos tea
  • 3 dashes of passionfruit & currant bitters (optional)
  • Garnish: 1 cranberry skewer


  1. Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a cold Nick & Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with the cranberry skewer.
