Ingredients
- 1,25 oz of dry gin
- 0,75 oz of aperitivo
- 0,5 oz of white vermouth
- 0,25 oz of rooibos tea
- 3 dashes of passionfruit & currant bitters
- Garnish: 1 cranberry skewer
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Add ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a cold Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with the cranberry skewer.
