Ingredients
- 1 oz of dry gin
- 2-3 strawberries
- 2-3 basil leaves
- 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
- 0,25 oz of raspberry syrup (or grenadine)
- Ginger ale
- Garnish: 1 lemon wedge
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Using a muddler, crush the strawberries, basil leaves, and lime juice into a shaker.
- Add the other ingredients, except the ginger ale.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into a wine glass.
- Top up with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
