Rum coco



  • 3 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
  • 2 oz of coconut milk
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 0,5 oz of cinnamon syrup
  • 4 drops of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of ginger powder
  • Garnish: a pinch of nutmeg


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass of your choice, filled with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
