Ingredients
- 1,5 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
- 0,75 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 2 bar spoon of strawberry jam
- 1 dash of lemon & lime bitters
- 1642 Light Tonic
- Garnish: 1 basil bunch
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the tonic.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into a wine glass.
- Top up with tonic.
- Garnish with a basil bunch.
