Aperitivo Quebec wild berries gin


  • 1 oz of aperitivo
  • 1 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
  • 1 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 0,75 oz of cream
  • Littoral grapefruit tonic water
  • Garnish: edible flowers


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the tonic water.
  2. Shake well for one minute (dry shake).
  3. Add ice cubes et shake well again for 2 minutes.
  4. Strain into a cold glass while adding the tonic water.
  5. Top up with the rest of the mix to get a foam collar.
  6. Garnish with edible flowers.
