Dry gin

Ingredients

  • 1,5 oz of dry gin
  • 1 oz of Pink Unicorn syrup
  • 2 dashes of Juniper Burst bitters
  • Honeydew melon cubes
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • Littoral Tonic water
  • Garnish: 1 lime wedge and 1 honeydew melon cube

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Using a muddler, crush the honeydew melon cubes, the mint leaves and the syrup into a shaker.
  2. Pour all the other ingredients into the shaker, except the tonic water.
  3. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Double strain into a glass full of ice cubes.
  5. Top up with tonic water.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and a honeydew melon cube.
