Quebec wild berries gin

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
  • 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. of raspberry jam (seedless)
  • 2 dashes of foamer
  • 2 dashes of floral bitters (optional)
  • Garnish: 3 fresh raspberries

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Double strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass full of ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
