Ingredients
- 1 oz of Esprit-de-London
- 0,75 oz of Esprit-du-Tennessee
- 0,75 oz of fresh lime juice
- 0,25 oz of soy sauce
- 0,25 oz of BBQ sauce
- 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- Clamato
- Garnish: steak spices, a chicken wing and a celery branch
Preparation
- Decorate the rim of a Bloody Ceasar glass with steak spices.
- Pour all the ingredients into the glass, except for the Clamato juice.
- Stir with a bar spoon, until the BBQ sauce is fully dilute.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with Clamato juice.
- Garnish with a chicken wing and a celery branch.
