Ingredients
- 1,25 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
- 0,5 oz of aged orange liqueur
- 0,75 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 0,5 oz of simple syrup
- 4 dashes of foamer
- 2 dashes of floral bitters (optional)
- Garnish: 1 edible flower or 1 rose petal
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake well (dry shake).
- Add ice cubes and shake well again.
- Strain into a cold coupe.
- Garnish with the edible flower or rose petal.
