Ingredients
- 0,75 oz of blueberry & wild berry, Wintergreen & Labrador tea gin
- 0,33 oz of Crème de cassis Monna & filles
- 0,5 oz of rosemary infused simple syrup
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- Prosecco
- Garnish: 1 rosemary sprig
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the prosecco.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Stir into a coupe.
- Top up with prosecco.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
