Cool as a Cucumber



  • 2 oz of Esprit-de-London 
  • 2 oz of cranberry juice 
  • 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice 
  • 0.5 oz of cucumber syrup 
  • Tonic water 
  • Garnish: 2 slices of cucumber  


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the tonic water. 
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well. 
  3. Double strain into the Old Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. 
  4. Top up with sparkling water. 
  5. Garnish with two slices of cucumber. 


To make your own cucumber syrup: Combine one cucumber with 500 ml of water in a blender. Strain through a mesh strainer, then measure the amount obtained before pouring it back into the blender. While blending, gradually add the same amount of white sugar as the liquid obtained, and blend until completely dissolved.
