Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-du-Tennessee
- 0,5 oz of maple syrup
- 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes of foamer
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: 1 dehydrated lemon wheel
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into the shaker to remove the ice cubes and shake well again (dry shake).
- Pour into a Highball type of glass full of ice cubes.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
