Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-du-Tennessee
- 1 bar spoon of honey
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 6 clementine wedges
- Ginger beer
- Garnish: 1 clementine wedge
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the ginger beer.
- Using a muddler, crush the clementine wedges.
- Add ice cubes and shaker well.
- Double strain into a stemless wine glass full of ice cubes.
- Top up with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a clementine wedge.
