  • 2 oz of Esprit-du-Tennessee
  • 1 bar spoon of honey
  • 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 6 clementine wedges
  • Ginger beer
  • Garnish: 1 clementine wedge


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except for the ginger beer.
  2. Using a muddler, crush the clementine wedges.
  3. Add ice cubes and shaker well.
  4. Double strain into a stemless wine glass full of ice cubes.
  5. Top up with ginger beer.
  6. Garnish with a clementine wedge.
