Country Sour



  • 2 oz of Esprit-du-Tennessee
  • 0,5 oz of maple syrup
  • 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes of foamer
  • Sparkling water
  • Garnish: 1 dehydrated lemon wheel


Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Strain into the shaker to remove the ice cubes and shake well again (dry shake).
  4. Pour into a Highball type of glass full of ice cubes.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
