Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
- 1 oz of grapefruit juice
- 0,5 oz of pineapple juice
- 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Garnish: grated ginger and a lime wedge
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the ginger beer.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into a cold glass.
- Top up with ginger beer.
- Garnish with grated ginger and a lime wedge.
