Ingredients
- 1 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
- 0,5 oz of Esprit-de-London
- 0,75 oz of simple syrup
- 1,5 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
- 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: 1 lime wheel
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a wine glass, except for the sparkling water.
- Add ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon for 27 turns.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
