Esprit-des-Caraïbes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
  • 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 0,5 oz of Lapsang Souchong tea syrup (optional)
  • 7up (or tonic of your choice)
  • Garnish: 2-3 dashes of orange bitters and 1 lemon wheel

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the 7up.
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  3. Double strain into a Highball type of glass.
  4. Top up with 7up.
  5. Garnish with a few dashes of bitters and a lemon wheel.

Note

If you are not a fan of smoked flavors, skip the Lapsang Souchong tea syrup.
