Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
- 1 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 0,5 oz of Lapsang Souchong tea syrup (optional)
- 7up (or tonic of your choice)
- Garnish: 2-3 dashes of orange bitters and 1 lemon wheel
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the 7up.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Double strain into a Highball type of glass.
- Top up with 7up.
- Garnish with a few dashes of bitters and a lemon wheel.
Note
If you are not a fan of smoked flavors, skip the Lapsang Souchong tea syrup.
