Ingredients
- 1,5 oz of plum liqueur
- 0,25 oz of simple syrup
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes of foamer
- Sparkling water
- Garnish: 3 bar spoons of pomegranate
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, including the garnish.
- Using a muddler, crush the pomegranates.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into a Highball type of glass.
- Top up with sparkling water.
