Ingredients
- 2 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
- 0,75 oz of pear juice
- 0,5 oz of fresh lemon juice
- 0,25 oz of maple syrup
- 3 branches of thyme
- 3 pear slices, thinly sliced
- Littoral Tonic water
- Garnish: 1 branch of thyme and 1 slice of pear
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into a glass of your choice.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Garnish with a branch of thyme and a slice of pear
