  • 1 oz of Esprit-de-London
  • 0,75 oz of Esprit-du-Tennessee
  • 0,75 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 0,25 oz of soy sauce
  • 0,25 oz of BBQ sauce
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • Clamato
  • Garnish: steak spices, a chicken wing and a celery branch


  1. Decorate the rim of a Bloody Ceasar glass with steak spices.
  2. Pour all the ingredients into the glass, except for the Clamato juice.
  3. Stir with a bar spoon, until the BBQ sauce is fully dilute.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Top up with Clamato juice.
  6. Garnish with a chicken wing and a celery branch.
