Ingredients
- 1 oz of maple liqueur
- 1 oz of spiced rum
- 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
- 2,5 oz of apple juice
- 0,5 oz of simple syrup
- 5-6 dashes of orange bitters
- 2-3 dashes of foamer
- 1642 Ginger beer
- Garnish: 1 rosemary sprig
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the ginger ale.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned type of glass full of ice cubes.
- Top up with ginger ale.
- Garnish with one rosemary sprig.
