Ingredients
- 2 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
- 0,75 oz of Esprit-d’Italie
- 0,5 oz of simple syrup
- 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
- 2,5 oz of pineapple juice
- Garnish: 1 pineapple cube and 1 maraschino cherry
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into a Old Fashioned type of glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple cube and a maraschino cherry.
