Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Esprit-du-Tennessee 
  • 4 oz of apple juice 
  • 0.5 oz of maple syrup 
  • Ginger beer 
  • Garnish: 1 apple slices skewer 

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, except the ginger beer. 
  2. Add ice cubes and shake well. 
  3. Double strain into a Mule mug filled with ice cubes. 
  4. Top with ginger beer. 
  5. Garnish with an apple slices skewer.
