Ingredients
- 4 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
- 1 oz of mango syrup
- 1 oz of fresh lime juice
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 oz of sparkling water
- Garnish: 1 mint bunch and a lime wedge
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a Highball type of glass, except the sparkling water.
- Stir with a bar spoon until the liquid is homogeneous.
- Add ice cubes to fill up the glass.
- Pour the sparkling water.
- Garnish with a mint bunch and a lime wedge.
