The Tropico



  • 4 oz of Esprit-des-Caraïbes
  • 1 oz of mango syrup
  • 1 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 oz of sparkling water
  • Garnish: 1 mint bunch and a lime wedge


  1. Pour all the ingredients into a Highball type of glass, except the sparkling water.
  2. Stir with a bar spoon until the liquid is homogeneous.
  3. Add ice cubes to fill up the glass.
  4. Pour the sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with a mint bunch and a lime wedge.
