Ingredients
- 1,5 oz of Quebec wild berries gin
- 1 oz of fresh lime juice
- 0,5 oz of simple syrup
- 2 dashes of lemon & lime bitters
- Half a stalk of celery
- Littoral Tonic water
- Garnish: 1 celery ribbon
Preparation
Requires a Shaker
- Using a muddler, crush the celery stalk into a shaker.
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker, except the tonic water.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Double strain into a glass full of ice cubes.
- Top up with tonic water.
- Garnish with one celery ribbon.
