Alcohol-Free Gin Zero

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin Zero
  • 0.75 oz fig syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • A few dashes of foamer
  • Garnish: a few sprigs of thyme

Preparation

Requires a Shaker
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a few sprigs of thyme.
