Ingredients
- 1,5 oz of Esprit-du-Tennessee
- 0,75 oz of lemon syrup
- 0,5 oz of fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes of lemon & lime bitters
- 10 mint leaves
- Sparkling water
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into a Highball type of glass, except for the sparkling water.
- Using a muddler, crush the mint leaves in the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Stir with a bar spoon.
